Today, our dedicated Willowbrook Care team received a truly thoughtful and generous gesture from Andrea’s family in memory of the special moments we shared while supporting their sister at Albion Mill in Blackburn.
The whole team were deeply touched to receive a beautiful hamper filled with tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates, alongside personal gifts of flowers, wine and keepsakes for Bev, Vicky, Loz, and Tracy.
The family shared these heartfelt words with us:
“To all the staff at Albion Mill, we would like to say a big thank you for all the love and care you have shown our sister over the years, especially at the end of her life. She loved living here and didn’t want to be anywhere else, even at the end. Just know that you are all amazing and do an amazing job.”
