Meet Lee, one of the newest members of our Lytham Care Support Team. Just two months ago, Lee was working as a taxi driver. He often found himself lending a helping hand, whether supporting people with their shopping or assisting them in and out of the car. It sparked something in him. He began to wonder… could he make a difference through a career in care?
Fast-forward to today, and Lee has just completed his Care Certificate induction with flying colours! Mary Noone, our Registered Manager in Lytham, described Lee as ‘a natural’, and we have already received fantastic feedback from the people we support and our care team.
