This week, we had the absolute pleasure of celebrating two outstanding colleagues, Nicola Smith (Extra Care Deputy Manager) and Susan Holt (Extra Care Support Worker), who have each dedicated 10 years of service to Willowbrook Homecare.
In a heartfelt moment at Riverside Heights in Darwen, Vicky Yates, Registered Manager, presented Nicola and Susan with beautiful bouquets of flowers to thank them for their unwavering passion, professionalism, and care over the past decade.
Speaking at the presentation, Vicky shared: “It is a privilege to work alongside such dedicated professionals. Nicola and Susan embody everything that Willowbrook Homecare stands for: kindness, compassion, and a genuine commitment to the people we support and care for. Achieving 10 years of service is a remarkable milestone and a testament to the positive impact they have made in the lives of so many. We are incredibly fortunate to have them on our Extra Care team.”
