Our care team receive specialist training and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to support clients to positively manage their symptoms and daily activities to enable them to have a high quality of life.

Palliative Care

Palliative care is specialist care for those living with a serious illness. Our compassionate care team provide physical, emotional and practical support to clients who face a life limiting illness. This emotional support extends to the wider family during what can be a difficult time for all concerned.
