An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Lytham Branch for a Roving Night Care Supervisor. The applicant for this important role must be caring, dedicated and flexible and possess a ‘can do’ approach, motivated to succeed and have the skills to inspire and cultivate the staff team.

We are looking to appoint a Community Roving Night Supervisor on a week on/week off shift pattern, working 11 pm to 7 am in the community.

Job specification

You will be responsible for:

  • A team of up to nine care workers whilst on shift and will work alongside them to deliver high-quality care.
  • Being the first point of contact for the care team for any concerns or issues that arise during the shift.
  • Resolving issues and escalating to the appropriate people when required.
  • On-call duties on a rolling rota basis to support the branch.
  • Conducting carer field supervisions and medication competencies to ensure the care staff are following Willowbrook Homecare’s’ Policies and Procedures and adhering to best practices.

*This role will suit someone who has a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working within the Health & Social Care sector, in addition a minimum QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care.

  • You must possess a full driving licence and have suitable transport as you’ll be travelling to our client’s homes and supporting care/support workers within the community. *During your working hours you will have access to a company vehicle for work purposes only. It is still essential that you have access to your own transport if required.
