I wanted to write this appreciation post to express my gratitude for the love, kindness and professional care the Willowbrook Homecare Team gave our good friend and colleague Barbara Borrowdale (Babs), who sadly passed on the 17th of July.
Our Willowbrook Homecare Team never ceases to amaze me – Always going above and beyond, going that extra step, that extra mile, day after day, and never more so than recently.
The dedicated care team came together to ensure Babs was lovingly cared for and supported night and day, that she was comfortable and peaceful, ensuring she had a dignified passing at home. Babs’ trusted us to do that for her, and the team were outstanding in doing so – and for that, I am forever grateful to them.
Babs’ husband, Chris, and her family have nothing but praise for the team. They said the love and care they gave Babs and the support they also gave them was remarkable and that the whole Willowbrook Team have been brilliant throughout.
