Justyna & Jubilee Gardens Extra Care Team – Justyna was looking after my Mum when a sudden medical emergency occurred. She remained calm and reassuring throughout, ensuring she was safe until further help arrived. Justyna contacted me immediately and stayed well beyond the end of her shift to make sure everything was properly handed over and that the right care and support were in place.
The care and compassion shown to my Mum was amazing. I would like her to be recognised for this. The care and kindness shown to Mum by Mel, Justyna, Nat, Marie and Emma (supervisor) has been fantastic for us as a family, and it means we do not worry about Mum as we once did. Vera & Grace Primrose Gardens Extra Care Team – After a joyful family celebration, we returned to Primrose Gardens with our mum a bit later than planned. To our delight, we found Vera and Grace already there, waiting with warmth and compassion. They were ready to assist us with Mum’s evening routine.
They swiftly and carefully swung into action and cared for Mum in such a lovely way. We thanked them at the time, but we wanted to express again how much we appreciated their patience and skill. This is so typical of so many of the care team at Primrose Gardens – they are great!
