Willowbrook Homecare (Hyndburn) – I have been with Willowbrook Homecare for the last three years. The care I have been given is excellent, from their compassion, loyalty and being there for me for these last three years, which have been rather difficult for me.
The carers are kind, punctual and attend many doctor appointments with me, and nothing is too much to ask them; they are a valuable part of my daily life. Vera & Grace Primrose Gardens/Extra Care Team –
After a joyful family celebration, we returned to Primrose Gardens with our mum a bit later than planned. To our delight, we found Vera and Grace already there, waiting with warmth and compassion. They were ready to assist us with Mum’s evening routine.
They swiftly and carefully swung into action and cared for Mum in such a lovely way. We thanked them at the time, but we wanted to express again how much we appreciated their patience and skill. This is so typical of so many of the care team at Primrose Gardens – they are great!
Hare Hill/Extra Care Team – The carers are very good, always available to provide support when needed. They have built great relationships, and the residents are incredibly thankful for the way their care is delivered.
Lauren, Cath, Michelle, and Kira – Riverside Heights/Extra Care Team – Hi there, I wanted to express my appreciation to Lauren, Cath, Michelle, and Kira. They have gone above and beyond for me since my care started back, and I want them to be recognised for this.

Albion Mill/Extra Care Team – Could I just thank you again for your help last night with my Dad. The ladies from the Willowbrook Extra Care team who attended were amazing. My Dad had a fall after feeling lightheaded whilst closing his curtains.
Thanks to their quick response and kindness, he was taken to the hospital for a thorough check-up. He hasn’t been well for a few weeks, so this support means the world to us.
