Mary’s career in healthcare began over two decades ago as a Care Assistant, and her dedication and compassion quickly led her to take on roles with more responsibility. She progressed into senior positions, where she refined her skills in providing exceptional care with empathy and professionalism.
Mary’s leadership is characterised by her steadfast commitment to quality, fostering an environment where each person’s needs are met with respect, dignity, and unwavering support, driven by her dedication to improving services.
