This week, our wonderful Extra Care Team at Albion Mill received a very thoughtful thank-you card along with some lovely treats of biscuits, cake and chocolates, from a grateful family.
The card reads: “As a family, we would like to thank you for all your care, kindness and support. We are truly grateful.”
Messages like this mean a lot to our employees. It is always special to know that the support, compassion and dedication shown to the individuals we care for each day makes such a positive difference to people and their families.
