A huge well done to Mary Noone, Registered Manager at Willowbrook Homecare, on successfully achieving her NCFE CACHE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Mental Health First Aid and Mental Health Advocacy in the Workplace.
This qualification reflects Mary’s ongoing commitment to supporting the health, wellbeing, and resilience of both our employees and the people we support. Mental health is just as important as physical health, and having the knowledge and confidence to recognise when someone may be struggling can make a significant difference.
