With an equal mix of gratitude and sadness, Willowbrook Homecare announces the departure of Lynsey Powell, our esteemed Registered Manager from Willowbrook Homecare.
Lynsey began her journey with us in February 2019, and from the start, Lynsey’s dedication and expertise shone brightly through. She quickly became a pivotal member of our Willowbrook Homecare team, earning the respect and admiration of everyone she worked with. Her leadership and commitment to providing the highest quality care have been exemplary.
One of Lynsey’s most notable contributions was her outstanding leadership during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Alongside the rest of our resolute Management and Operations team, Lynsey worked tirelessly to ensure the safety and well-being of the people we support and the Willowbrook Homecare team. She adeptly navigated the ever-changing landscape of government guidelines, swiftly implementing last-minute updates and protective measures. Lynsey’s expertise and calm demeanour during this crisis were invaluable, providing reassurance and stability when it was needed the most.
Lyndsey has made extensive contributions to Willowbrook Homecare, and her legacy of compassion, dedication, and professionalism will continue to inspire us all. Although we are saddened to see her leave, we fully support Lyndsey’s decision to depart from her role to devote her love and dedication to her two beautiful children.
