This week, our Lytham branch of Willowbrook Homecare proudly hosted its quarterly Employee Voice Meeting, welcoming 14 dedicated members of our care and support team. The meeting offered a valuable opportunity to come together, share ideas, reflect on progress, and continue building the strong team spirit that defines Willowbrook.
Willowbrook Homecare believes our strength comes from listening to our care and support teams. These meetings provide a vital platform for open and honest discussion — a space where colleagues can share their experiences, suggest improvements, and shape the future of our service. We value every voice and are committed to turning feedback into meaningful, positive change. The meeting agenda covered key topics, including service updates, policy reviews, and new guidance from Willowbrook and external professionals. Keeping our team informed and supported means the people we support and care for continue to receive the best.
Reflecting on the session, Mary Noone, Registered Manager at the Lytham branch, said:
“These meetings are all about giving our team a voice. We have a committed team here at Lytham, and their input is invaluable. Listening to their ideas and experiences not only helps us improve, but also reinforces the shared values that make Willowbrook Homecare such a special place to work. I’m incredibly proud of everything our team does, and it’s a privilege to work alongside them.”

As a small token of appreciation, each attendee received a thoughtful gift — a simple yet heartfelt way to recognise their continued dedication, compassion, and the difference they make each day.
We are incredibly proud of our Lytham team and grateful for their unwavering commitment to the people we support and care for.
