A lovely, creative afternoon in Lytham

Julie, one of our Care Support Workers, had a delightful crafting session yesterday with one of the ladies we support and care for.

She brought a variety of activities for them to choose from, allowing the lady to pick what she felt like doing.

Together, they worked on a little unicorn and painted it white and then added glitter for a magical finishing touch. The lady we support was absolutely delighted with the result!

Julie knitted a cute little ball for the lady’s cat to enjoy, which brought lots of smiles. They even began planning their next project, inspired by a small painting Julie brought along for them to recreate… but time flew by, so the masterpiece will continue at their next crafty afternoon

Moments like these highlight the joy of shared creativity, choice, and meaningful connection in everyday care.
