This week, we celebrated Jay’s remarkable journey of ten years of service at Willowbrook Homecare – a journey marked by compassion, excellence, and genuine care.
With a heart dedicated to providing exceptional care, Jay is an invaluable asset to our Care Support Team, consistently going above and beyond for the people we support.
To mark this significant milestone, we presented Jay with a bouquet and a gift as a token of our appreciation for his decade-long service.
After the presentation, Jay messaged to say, “Thank you for the flowers – they are beautiful and much appreciated”, and he added, “Where have the last ten years gone!”
Lynn Walsh, Area Coordinator for Hyndburn, thanked Jay for all his hard work and replied, “Time certainly does fly when you’re having fun!”
Lynsey Powell, Registered Manager, said every time Jay is on shift, the other carers fight to work with him, including the Management Team when they cover. Everyone likes working with Jay, as time goes by quickly due to the amount of laughing!
