The festive season is well and truly underway, and our recent Elf Day at Albion Mill in Blackburn brought joy, colour and plenty of Christmas cheer to everyone involved.
Our Willowbrook Extra Care Team joined the wonderful individuals who live at Albion Mill for a day filled with a cosy festive atmosphere, cheerful elf outfits and plenty of moments that reminded us why these community gatherings are so important. From bright green hats to jingling bells and warm smiles, the spirit of the season shone throughout the home.
A highlight of the day was the popular raffle, which received generous support from all participants. The room was filled with laughter, friendly chatter, and the sound of familiar festive tunes as people came together for a sing-along and to enjoy each other’s company. Thanks to this collective effort and sense of community, an incredible £340 was raised for Elf Day, making a meaningful difference.
Events like this truly reflect the values at the heart of our service, bringing people together, encouraging connection, and celebrating the moments that matter.
