Julie recently enjoyed a wonderful day out with a lovely lady we support and care for. They visited The Garden Room at The Plant Place in Thornton-Cleveleys and enjoyed a delicious ploughman’s lunch together.
The highlight of the day came when a mother robin hopped to within just 12 inches of where they were sitting. She had built her nest in the dovecote behind them and had recently raised two chicks, which had only just fledged. She popped over in search of a few crumbs, treating Julie and J to a very special close-up encounter.
